How do I schedule a pickup?
Open the app, choose your campus, tell us how many bags and your building/room, pick a pickup time, and pay. Same-day pickups are available if there's time left in the day.
How is pricing calculated?
Pay-per-bag pickups are a flat $35 per bag, the same at every campus. The Weekly Pickup plan is a flat $30/week for one pickup, regardless of weight. See the Pricing page for current rates.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Most orders are picked up, washed, and delivered back within 24 hours. You'll get a notification when it's picked up, when it's being processed, and when it's delivered.
Is my laundry actually tracked?
Yes — a photo is taken of your bag at pickup and again at drop-off, so there's always a record on both ends.
Who actually washes my clothes?
A professional laundry facility — not a peer-to-peer or dorm-room service.
Can I cancel a pickup?
Reach out to us as soon as possible before your scheduled pickup time and we'll take care of it.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Contact us right away. Photos are taken at both pickup and drop-off specifically so we can sort out any issue quickly.
