No machines, no quarters, no carrying bags across campus. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you schedule a pickup.
1. Schedule your pickup
Open the app, pick your campus and building, tell us how many bags, and choose a pickup window — same day works if there's time left in the day.
2. We pick it up
A driver comes to your dorm at the scheduled time and photographs your bag before it leaves your building, so there's always a record of what was picked up.
3. Washed, dried & folded
Your laundry goes straight to a professional laundry facility — not a share-economy side hustle — for a proper wash, dry, and fold.
4. Delivered back to your door
Once it's ready, we bring it back to your building and photograph it again at drop-off. You'll get a notification at every step: picked up, in progress, and delivered.
